Today we took Annaleigh on a hike at Kirk Park:



Then we went to Huizenga Park's Timbertown playground to play:

Kids Day

Today in Zeeland was Day of the Young Child. They had lots of trucks to climb in:



Inside were crafts and games:


It was really fun!

Today we went to Frederik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park to see the butterflies:

Easter, Part II

Andrew asked for "spikey dinosaur hair" today:


Then we went to Grandma and Grandpa Pestun's for some Easter activities, including an egg hunt:

First Andrew and Aunt Julie made a cake:


Then there were Easter baskets the next day:

Chicago

Today Andrew and Dad took the Amtrak train from Holland to Chicago:


Our first stop was the Lincoln Park Zoo:


Our next stop was the Field Museum to look at the dinosaur bones:


All day we rode lots of subways and city buses. Then we got back on the Amtrak and went home:

80º on March 25

It was 80º today. First we hiked to the beach, but forgot the camera. Then we biked to the playground:
